A few photos of my new studio build, the ceramic pieces I made at college in 1970 will be built into the brickwork. Hand made tiles for the floor. And a Chinese roof Dragon.

After May 2018 my pottery studio in Black Swan Courtyard, Newcastle Arts Centre will be closing..

for over the 35 years I’ve been at the Arts Centre

firstly being employed to run the MSC scheme for 5 years and then running my own studio

My studio is moving to a new location 4 miles away in Benton, North Tyneside.

I am collecting a mailing list for people interested in the new studio, please email me if you wish to be on the list.

The new studio will be open for visits and studio events by email invitation.  

 

 An official plaque is now fixed to the building on 69 Westgate Road to mark where I discovered a Roman Milecastle in 1985.
